Barrhead travel staff, allowed me and my fiancee to have a great holiday, and they help you in any way they can. On the day at the airport is was told my return flight was cancelled, so called Barrhead travel, he told me to go and enjoy your holiday that he would sort it, and had no problems on my return. So a big thankyou to all at Barrhead travel, I highly recommend Barrhead travel for piece of mind when booking your holiday. Will not go past Barrhead for future holidies thankyou.

Seem to be that if you have a complaint and take it to dunfermline branch they are not going to help you, only interested if it's a sale. Please don't call because their customer service staff can't reply to your problem for eating a ice lolly when answering your call.

I have used Barrhead in Dunfermline for years. I will not be using them again! The poor organisation, lack of information and the fact that we had to do a great deal of research ourselves had left me feeling that a very expensive holiday was way more stressful than it should have been. All information wasn't shared at booking. Car rental wasn't booked properly, costing a great deal of money and time when we landed. Confusion over booking with Virgin by using a 3rd party company meant we could choose the seats we wanted. This meant my husband and son had a very uncomfortable trip. Tours included in our trip, but there was no information on how to book these on our holiday. We had to go and chase up the paper work, no email had been sent to say the documents had arrived.
