This foodbank provides a number of essential items as well as some little treats and non food items. Dogs and cats are also catered for. No payment is taken for these provisions but clients must be referred by agencies such as Social Work, Citizens Advice, Health Visitors, several charities and community groups. Staff are always willing to help with dietary needs. Wish it wasn't needed but very glad that it is there to help out. Now that the financial crisis has taken hold more and more people are needing help but if you can afford to make a wee donation it would be greatly appreciated. I would suggest a check of the website to see what items are in short supply.
