Ordered a takeaway from here via Dunfermline Eats and extremely disappointed with everything. Made my simple order of a red pudding supper and single haggis, at 7:04pm, with the app stating that estimated delivery is at 7:55pm. 8:30 rolled around and no sign of anything so phoned the takeaway, and they said that there had been a problem with the order coming through. I thought fair enough, technology messes up sometimes, 9:00 I get a notification from the app that the order is complete, but I still hadn't received anything so I phoned the takeaway in a panic thinking it had been delivered to the wrong house as I had pre-paid. I was told that they were waiting on a delivery driver and the order had been made fresh. Half an hour later, still nothing had been delivered so in my hangriness, frustration and annoyance I phoned to cancel my order and I was told that the delivery driver was on his way and sure enough he was at the door with a free bottle of Pepsi for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture to be fair. Having waited so long for such a basic order I was expected the best chippy I had ever had, the result was anything but. It was not at all fresh like had been promised, it had clearly been lying for a while as the brown sauce was starting to soak through the Styrofoam and the food was not piping hot as it should have been.

I would avoid they can understand basic instructions and costumer service is shocking it would be as bad if the food was ok not happy

Was ameant to get my food by 6.35 and still hasn't arrived and they haven't even updated me on what's going on and they won't even answer the phone every not happy with this
