Dropped my daughters car of to be looked at after the headlight was bad with condensation. Very quick to diagnose the problem new headlight required fixed free of charge thanks again great customer service

My first experience with this Service Centre and I was very impressed. I mainly dealt with David Berry and Cheryl, although everyone else I spoke to were very pleasant. David took the time to explain everything and kept me up-to-date at every stage. Really trusted his advice and have signed up for extended warranty and 2 years services as a result. Great customer service. Cheryl, what can I say, very efficient and again I really got the sense I wasn't just "another" customer. Very helpful and friendly, and as a result they have my future business!

Cheryl and the team at Specialist Service Centre in Dunfermline are brilliant. Efficient, friendly and always keep to their schedule and promises. Cheryl in particular is brilliant, and a real credit to the business. The rest of the team that Ive dealt with over the last couple of years are also excellent. I specifically drive 35/40 mins from my home in Stirling through here to have work done - because I find them a million miles better than my local Volkswagen dealership (Arnold Clark Stirling).
