This branch is the worst....absolutely no management at all! This company used to have staff that could advise customers and assist them, now, it's self service and no help whatsoever. What in the hell were the suits thinking? You trudge through the store dragging or carrying heavy items and then have to scan and pay for them yourself....while any staff you see generally stand there and talk to EACH OTHER! It's a joke, why would I go there as a tradesman when I get 10% discount at wickes and they have staff that serves. B&Q you will pay for this arrogance and indifference towards your customers.
