        It's a shame that some receptionists let the place down. Dr's and nurses are always lovely, but getting spoken to like a piece of dirt by the ladies on the phone is becoming a bit of a joke now. If I spoke to clients with the same attitude and tone I'd be pulled up for it!

        Rude staff all the way through the process, ask a clarifying question on anything and you get spoken down to and made to feel like a total inconvenience

        This should have its name changed to linburn road vets because they actually treat you and speak to you on the phone like youre an animal. Receptionist is useless doctors are useless surgery is useless. Someone one should do everyone a favour n burn it down
