This doctor surgery is an absolute joke. You can never get through to them on the phone. Need to call up to 50 times in the morning. There is no phone queuing system so its lucky if you get through. Trying to arrange medication is another story. The chemist next door is not much better.

It's funny reading all these complaints from people about this surgery.. What you have to look at is the NHS overall.. I mean, do you want to be paid shocking wages (when I mean shocking, take a look at the Costa coffee in the vic, they get more than a nurse) for a service they had trained (really bloody hard) for at least 5 years in only to be told they are no good at their job etc? I see all these people complaining and none of them are actually in the doctors or nurses shoes in this surgery.. I personally think this surgery is amazing.. If I compare it to my wife's which is primrose Lane in Rosyth, Nethertown sits head and shoulders above them all. I have never had an issue here, the form used to be easier, I will give you that but overall the service provided here is amazing.. If you think you can do better, go ahead and train as a nurse/doctor and sort out this surgery, otherwise, take it as it is, a really really busy surgery with hardly any staff due to low wages provided by the government. Yes you pay taxes but the government pay the NHS so some of you need to take it up with the local mp etc.. I quite regualy go and see the nurses, Isla, Jenny, hardly see my Dr (Dr Anderson) to be be fair, and each time I have had great service.. Everyone is human, any of you never made a mistake in forgetting anything no? Don't know if the surgery will see this, I hope they do and I hope they realise they are doing an amazing job.

I had a wonderful experience using this GP surgery, I used the online consultation page to log my complaint, I was invited to an appointment on the same day with a lovely doctor who treated me with care and compassion. I was seen on time and felt I had plenty of time to discuss my concerns.

This is the worse GP I have ever seen in the UK. Unfortunately, the service provided here is below the acceptable. Every time I asked for an appointment or ask for a prescription, which is not a repeated one, the GP suffers from a lack of doctors, resources, nurses etc. etc. Patients need to be all the time understanding, accepting the absolute inefficient management of this service.
