Asda Dunfermline Superstore

A lot of empty shelves and products not available.

Floor staff great, management very poor. Toilets are the worste I've been in, in a large supermarket store anywhere!!! Try getting a simple thing like a basket when you go through the doors, 50% of the time theres none! Yet management stand close by gab gab gab.....rather than instruct transfer of these from.the tills to replenish. Shelves, don't have the capacity on here to write that review, (yet local competitors never run out of certain simple stuff) but to some this store up, not long ago they ran out of carrier bags for around a week, can you believe it!!!!! This is not a rant about Asda, this is a rant about 1 individual store poorly ran by poor management! Management couldn't care less about toilets, baskets, shelves and even carrier bags is a challenge for them. Oh and before you reply back that these comments will be passed over, don't, pass them up the way to regional management, because only the could sort out the failures to this branch.

I have recently moved my dad who is 95 into sheltered housing in Dunfermline and decided to take him shopping to your store today. I couldnt believe that you dont have wheelchairs for customer use. You have the trolleys to put on a wheelchair but what good are they without a wheelchair to attach it to? My dad cant use an electric wheelchair and his doesnt fit in my car. I have to say we were most disappointed and just had to go to Tesco who do have wheelchairs available!
