        I had a jacket I bought from them to return the two girls working there were brilliant no hassle replaced it with no problems superb customer service will be back for more clothes

        Checked online what time the store (Dunfermline) closed, 18:00, arrived in the store at 17 : 40 ,lady at the till told me I could not collect my package as she had closed the till,not happy I complained online to head office,my parcel was delivered to me with an apology and an offer of 10% of next purchase,no thanks,will not be back.
