Excellent service from all at the Dunfermline branch. Suzanne was our point of contact and she was efficient, incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. We sold our property and bought another through the company and I was very impressed with the ease and communication throughout. Our house sold very quickly and I believe the excellent marketing package helped this. Will happily recommend Your Move Dunfermline for buyers and sellers.

Outstanding customer service from Your Move Dunfermline. From the very first phone call enquiring about putting our house up for sale. Their appraisal & valuation of our property by Victoria, was higher than we were expecting and we had received from other local agents. The office staff then professionally handled the marketing and quick sale of our house well above the valuation. With Susanne and Jane keeping us fully informed of the progress of our sale. Unfortunately our sale fell through due to a break in the chain. They immediately relaunched their sales effort and found a new buyer the following weekend. Again achieving a sale price above their valuation. Thanks to their efforts and professional approach to the service they provided we are now settled in our new home.
