ZILDA Holistic Therapies

So far i had 3 Reiki healing sessions and Foot oil massage with Zinaida. It was such an amazing and helpful experience to me. I am so obsessed to try other sessions as well. Zinaida is such a warm - hearted person, who loves her job. The studio where she does all her sessions has such a good aura. Every session brought me good feelings like relaxation, calmness, peacefulness, enjoyed every second being there.

Thank you Zinaida for a wonderful experience. The space is very calming and beautifully decorated. Zinaida makes you feel very welcome and takes the time to explain everything to you. The treatment itself was a great experience and I even received a message afterwards to check up on how I was doing. I definitely recommend to others and I will be back!

I had the pleasure of completing my reiki level 1 at Zilda Holistic Therapies in Dunfermline. Zinaida was very professional, is a great reiki master and made me feel at ease. Her energy and passion reflects in her excellent way of teaching. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience over the 3 days and look forward to doing my reiki level 2 after the New Year. Zinaida is one amazing lady. I treated my two little ladies (age 3 and 5) to one of Zinaida's treatments. From start to finish, the girls were treated with such respect and care. They relaxed instantly and were so relaxed as Zinaida worked her magic. Being so small, I thought they would lose interest after a few minutes, but they relaxed so fully throughout the full treatment. Both girls slept beautifully and a couple of weeks on they are still talking about the brilliant massage they had. It was a resounding 'YES' when I asked them if they would like to visit Zinaida next month!! This is a testament to Zinaida's lovely energy. She created a space that was so safe and secure for them. Thank you Zinaida. You have a beautiful gift.
