        David responded to my initial enquiry within a few hours. Since then he has always made time for me and I have made more progress with my PTSD than I thought possible when I was lost . I didnt used to understand what was wrong with me but Davids help has given me a new chance in life and I see things more positively.I will be always grateful to him .

        Dave is an exceptional Transformational coach. Ive attended one of Daves talks which was around Choose to Challenge - it was inspirational and eye opening. Dave has also helped me create a mindfulness section of a workshop Im currently running for colleagues who have recently returned back to work after a period of leave. Dave speaks from an open place, he explains everything in simple terms and with compassion. Ive learnt so much from Dave already, I look forward to attending more of your talks in the future!
