Poor service from start to finish. Solicitors rarely answer their mobile phones when you try calling. If you leave a voicemail. It was usually 2+ weeks before hearing back from them. If you call the office, one of the paralegals was usually quite rude, and spoke to you with a tone. They would often try end the telephone call sharpish. By repeatedly saying "okkk thanks! Thank youuu!" Trying to get a face to face appointment was impossible aswell. Still using covid as an excuse. Despite all restrictions being uplifted in the country. Solicitors in general weren't interested in what you had to say. It never seems to be the same Solicitor you're dealing with. So you basically get a different one at each court hearing, and they just have a quick go over the police report 2minutes before court. Anything you say to them just goes over their head. As they clearly don't have the time to acknowledge what you've got to say. They have a habit of contradicting each other too. I had one Solicitor tell me to say no comment at police interview. Then at trial a different Solicitor who refused to put my evidence forward. Instead said to me..... "Why didn't you give that information to the police during interview"..... Like, seriously? Tell me to say no comment. To then say afterwards I should've gave my evidence during police interview? As if that isn't their job to do when it comes to trial?? Of course when it does come to trial. When you've once again. Got a different Solicitor who's taken over at last minute. With next to no preparation for your defence. They just leave you to sit and stew at the PFs inaccurate version of events. While they sit quiet most of the trial. Don't pay any attention to the information on their website. How one of their solicitors brought to light a miscarriage of justice as a result of a corrupt police inspector. That was 30 year ago! These days legal aid aren't paying the money they want. So defendants are left to suffer because of this. I had multiple corrupt police officers lie through their teeth in my case. Solicitor didn't batter an eyelid. Nor were they determined to prove that they were lying. Instead I just had to accept it. So yeah, long story short. I wouldn't recommend this criminal defence solicitor firm. As it wasn't so much criminal defence. It was more like. Paycheck attendance solicitor firm. Show up at court, do next to nothing and collect their paycheck.

Fantastic service, highly professional, reliable and gets the job done with great perseverance to get the results. Amanda Sneddon's expertise shone through throughout the time she did work for me and my kids. She is a real credit to the profession and I would highly recommend for those who unfortunately require her area of law. She really takes no prisoners whoever she is up against and tackles her work with real guts, determination and diligence.
