Basil Indian Restaurant

Update 11/04/23 **recently been taken over since leaving this review, I believe it's the same chef though, but i haven't been back yet!** The first time we have been, after reading the amazing reviews, we thought we'd give it a try. Service and food did not disappoint. Massive portions were very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.

We hadnt been here for a while as unfortunately our last visit to Basil the service was really poor however, wanted to try again as under new management. Food was delicious (same chef) and staff were lovely. Would recommend!

Just ordered via deliveroo. They confirmed the order and called us back after an hour only to charge more for the delivery without deliveroo knowing. The person on the phone was very rude and said the new management does not run like the old management. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. We were disappointed with the way they treated us.
