Paul heating have provided an excellent service and they were happy to be flexible fitting in around other trades and COVID during our renovation of former sandstone stable building. Not due to be commissioned in January 2022 but so far they could not be faulted.

I am very impressed by this company. The product was good value and arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, through no fault of the company the product (a ventilation fan) was damaged in transit. Responses were prompt and supportive. A replacement was arranged for delivery as quickly as possible. In short I would recommend this company to you. Service: Delivery

When a "National" company who sell their products through a well known electrical wholesalers let us down quite badly with our new MVHR system, and wanted to charge us more than double their original estimate to solve our ongoing issues, Stephan at Paul Heat Recovery Scotland stepped in to help. Stephan not only helped me put right the original suppliers design errors myself via sometimes quite lengthy email and phone consultations, but also supplied us with the extra filters, calculations and pro-biotic solutions we needed to get our system perfoming as required, all at a fraction of the cost of the "National" companies estimate. All the high quality parts supplied by Paul were delivered to us quickly and efficiently at the other end of the British Isles in Cornwall, and the one packaging issue we had was dealt with and resolved very effectively by Stephan. I only wish I'd dealt with Paul Heat Recovery Scotland right from the start, they've been thoroughly professional and honest, provided great value for money and have been an absolute pleasure to work with.
