Nearby activities: Dunfermline is historic with plenty to explore. We were told of nearby cycle routes and walking. Near the M90, so ideal for exploring the area. Nice pub nearby. Walkability: Town centre 1 mile from Guest House Food & drinks: Breakfast was excellent. Ingredients bought from local farm.

My partner and I stayed here as we viewed houses in the local area. The guest house is well situated for getting around Dunfermline and Fife in general; it is also a 5 min walk from a train station that goes straight to Edinburgh. The rooms were very clean and maintained to a high standard, and we got fresh sheets and towels every day. Rooms come equipped with a hairdryer, TV and ensuite. There is also a communal lounge and dining room although my partner and I did not make use of it. The owners are very friendly and seemed ready to deal with any issues, though we had none. My only complaint would be that the mattress was a bit too hard, but as we were a short stay (3 nights) it wasn't a big deal.
