        Love this wee shop - it has a great range for crafts. I shop there specifically for cross stitch, but tried my hand at one of their embroidery packages. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the shop has a lovely atmosphere.

        Visited to buy fabric for dressmaking but they have mostly cotton-based fabric for upholstery and crafts. There is a good selection of these. The lady was negative about what they had to offer us and offered no alternatives. They offer a selection of wool and tools for knitting and crochet also. I expect that for basic crafts and tools, this would be a fair place to try. Back to Edinburgh Fabrics for us! The satnav guided us to the back of the shop where we parked in a disabled space with a blue badge but we had to walk up through the alleyway to enter by the front door.
