The help you get well put it this way what help

After speaking with my young vulnerable daughter today, I was told her partner was refused a telephone appointment and failed, because he couldnt get the day off work! He has put a complaint in, and is waiting for them to respond! As a tax payer this makes me so mad that this is at our expense, if he loses money Universal credit has to make it up, this makes no sense, I have told him to contact his MP about this, it is scandalous, when I was appointee for this claim, I was treated disgusting the day after my father-in-law died when I was collecting his belongs from the hospital, I was made to do a call with universal credit when I was in no fit state. This job centre is disgraceful at how its treating people, I have complained before about how there treating young vulnerable people with learning difficulties/disabilities, I see nothing has changed in the last few years. I do hope when the Scottish government takes over universal credit,or welfare that dignity care and respect is awarded to all!! And the staff at this job centre are trained to do so!
