My daughter ordered flowers from Interflora and they came from Williamsons. What was delivered wasnt what she ordered, there were broken stems, the flower food was taped to the outside of the box so couldnt be easily added to the water, there was insufficient water in the box and there was lots of foliage /greenery instead of flowers. Luckily she contacted Interflora with photos and they gave her a full refund. Very poor indeed,
