Bennys Fish and Chips

Amazing food; staff always happy to help. Whether it be adding something different to a set meal or ringing up to check what type of cheese we want. Also cooked to perfection every time we have had pasta dishes it's not been frozen and reheated its been made feesg this is now our regular for take away very happy to say so. People who know how to make Italian food!

I was staying in a hotel in Dunfermline. As is had a busy day I didn't want to go out for dinner and fancied fish and chips. I googled and bennys was clisest to my hotel. I went on their website to see if they were open and saw you could order and get 10% discount then collect at a specific time you choose. I ordered special fish and chips (the menu didn't describe what was special about it, but up on collection I realised it was haddock in breadcrumbs instead of batter) I had to wait s couple of minutes whuch was fine as I knew it was cooked fresh. I was surprised that it was 2 large fillets of fish. I think I got 2 as they were thin but maybe you always get 2. It was a huge portion and I couldn't eat it all. I think one portion would have fed 2 unless you have a big appetite. The fish had a lovely crispy breadcrumbs and the fish was good quality and nice chips, not greasy. If definately come again. Great value
