        Colin Sneddon at Carnegie Mortgage and Protection helped to arrange our self-build mortgage. We had no idea of the complexity involved, and Colin was instrumental in making us feel we had the best of advice and friendly assistance throughout the process. His knowledge is second to none. We were happy with the product he found, and the service provided. Nothing was too much trouble, and he even replied to messages on a Friday evening, which was above and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend him to those looking for a self-build product. But don't underestimate what's involved, and start early!!

        Used Carnegie for both my Mortgage and protection. As a first time buyer I was a bit lost with the whole house buying process and has put in touch with Colin, who came highly recommended. Colin was fantastic. Explained everything and made the whole mortgage application process stress free. I had a decision in principle in a matter of hours and a mortgage offer within a few days. From putting in the offer to collecting the keys, Colin was always there to assist if I needed his help and advice (which I did, a lot!). I cant thank you enough and would highly recommend to anyone.

        Thank you for all your help Colin Sneddon! We worked together with Colin to secure a self build mortgage, something my husband and I knew nothing about. After being knocked back by other building societies, Colin reached out to us to help. Im so glad we went with Colin. Our self build mortgage is secured, first draw down complete and building will commence in the next few weeks, all thanks to Colin. He was always on the other end of the phone or emails (due to COVID) met in person a few time when we could. Anything needing answered or figured out, Colin was on in and got back to us ASAP. We cant thank him enough for all his help, we would highly recommend him.
