It only took around 1.5 weeks from initial contact to installation - which at the rate EV Chargers are going up is impressive! Gem in Sales/Office was very easy to deal with. Gave us a good quote and information around Voltix versus other competitors. Barry (Installation) was very knowledgeable about not only our product (myenergi Nappi) but various others that were mentioned during installation. I think in total we were around 2-2.5 hours which was better than I expected. We did have a wee problem in that a white Nappi was installed, we requested a black one, but after Barry doing the initial work on Monday he came round three days later to make the switchover and get us up and running! Would highly recommend Voltix and will be using them should we go for a battery at a later date Service: Electric car charger installation

Absolutely brilliant experience! We got everything explained to us really clearly in terms of which EV chargers were available and the pros and cons of each. Gem was really helpful and answered all my questions on WhatsApp. The installation was brilliant, so polite and managed to install everything neatly and explain everything really clearly. Awesome, service for EV charger installation. Great customer experience, working with Gem to get the scope right and select the right hardware and cabling then Barry turned up, and did a great job coordinating with the engineer who was installing my smart meter at the same time. Great job
