        Receptionists are so lovely and helpful, and have had the best care from every gp, yeah you have to redial to get through but sadly it is what it is at the moment but not the fault of the surgery, too many negative comments, we are so lucky not to have to pay to see a doctor, thank you

        Uncaring and rude reception staff. Complete nightmare to get through to - only one person answering phones and no option of contacting surgery any other way. Told by several staff I could email and then email states only for healthcare professionals. Feel completely harassed by letters re missed appointments but it is impossible to get through on the phone to cancel appointments. All this exacerbates the anxiety and depression I suffer from.
