Menu descriptions not accurate, poor service and apparently no access to heating in the store ... zero stars if it was possible !!

My first and last time i will go there. When waiting in the queue a lady in front of me was asking questions about food allergies and they weren't able to answer her. So poor on that front straight away. Then when I got to the front of the queue I got asked are you waiting to order I replied yes. Then he turned his back on me for a couple of minutes doing something. He could of said something like just give me a minute and I'll get your order. No he turned his back on me. After putting my order in for 2 ice creams, 2 fruitshoots, cheesecake and a latte. It took over 20minutes to be served. I'm not saying I should of jump the queue in the serving line but come on, for an order of mine to be made up maybe 3-4mins to make so in my opinion it should be served in about 5-10mins.

Checked the time on Google and it said closes at 10 ...... made my way there and arrived at 930 only to walk in and to be told they close at 9 when your sign on the door clearly states 10pm also !!

I booked to take my mentee for a birthday treat and the team had decorated the table for us. I never asked them to nor did I hand in decorations, it was such a lovely touch from them. The staff were wonderful with her, they sang happy birthday when they brought out our meals. She took part in the make your own curls and they girls were so great helping her. The food was excellent and the experience was even better. Such a lovely little place to visit Thank you
