Disgusting way to treat someone. Was 4 minutes late to appointment at 5:25 for my 14 month old (you are rarely on time with babies!) was kept waiting 2 minutes at reception before being told that the dentist had gone home because we were late! By 4 minutes! No attempt to contact me to tell me this would be the case, could have saved me the journey with a baby. No apology, receptionist just gave me a "well you shouldn't have been late" face. No decent attempt to fit us back in soon, next appointment not for another 2 weeks. And yet they were more than happy to keep my baby girl waiting 25 minutes past her last appointment.
