        Went in today, some of the best customer service I've ever actually received. Nothing to actually complain about which is a rarity these days. Janet deserves a pay rise.

        Ramsdens seems to have the best local rate to that I can find. However, everytime I use them there seems to be problems. Online rate is different to the in shop rate and you have to spend 1000 for them to match it. The staff never seem to know exactly what they are doing, but they have tried to be helpful to me. The "transfer" service is a better rate again and is free. Ramsdens has been hacked previously and I received an email saying I should change my password. If I could find a place to match their rates I would not use them again.
