Very good service and friendly as well. Got my daughters ipad up and running with a new screen and fault including random restarts all for a very good price. Definitely use them if you have any faults.

First time user of Cosmic Phones Dunfermline 21/11/22, and went in a little sceptical in case got blinded by tech talk which didn't understand, but shouldn't have worried ,the man in there is fantastic, explained everything to me and even did it there and then for me. He was friendly,polite and took time to listen what my problem with phone was and rectified it, very good at his job, can't thank him enough and will definitely recommend to others. Thanks again.

Exceptional Customer Service - these guys are amazing! My iPhone was telling me I had liquid in my charging port. My anxiety was through the roof! I left it with these guys and returned 1 hour later to a perfectly functioning phone and everything was explained to me. So happy to have found these guys (they were recommended to me) and I will definitely be using their services again. I don't normally leave reviews but I can't praise these guys enough and would highly recommend them.

This is an honest review from start to finish... I have been to cosmic phones multiple times now for issues with my phone / to purchase new phones, I have taken laptops in to get fixed . An the service again tonight was exceptional. The shop was reopened so that I could collect a phone that was for a family member an he was more than helpful as usual. Service is always 5* and as per the device I purchased is like brand new. Always so knowledgeable about the devices. I know there is a lot of phone shops in Dunfermline but I highly recommend cosmic phones. Thanks again
