From first contact through to service delivery Bright and Beautiful provided a highly professional and friendly service. I had a deep clean of my business premises carried out prior to re-opening. All staff were wearing bright, smart uniforms and brought with them all the tools and cleaning materials required. The final result was to a very high standard. Thoroughly recommended. Despite being expensive the girls that cleaned did a reasonable job. Their customer service is absolutely shocking though. ******** Update post Bright and Beautiful's reply The reply to this review is completely false and not even the reason that drove me to provide a review. I replied to all correspondence from Bright & Beautiful but they claim not to have received many of them. I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt on this but it has been the tone of conversations since then that has been completely unprofessional and the reason I say shocking customer service. Despite my insistence and proof of when I sent all my emails they continued to imply, as here, of not responding. They then tried to take a months payment with no offer to provide a service (completely against their term & conditions). They then sent a rude letter upsetting my eldery parents (who are the ones who received their services). I don't believe I needed to do so but I agreed at this stage to give 1 months formal notification to cancel our contract (in line with their T&Cs) and they agreed to actually provide a service for the payment they were to take. Then unfortunately lockdown hit and they could no longer come out. Payment was still taken (but later refunded). By this time there could be no disputing we had finally met our contractual agreement (I even had a contract lawyer friend look at it to make sure I wasn't misunderstanding) but they were still claiming we were contractually obliged to have a further month of cleans/money taken. Eventually they agreed to leave it but made it sound like they were doing us a favour rather than they were in the wrong. If Bright & Beautiful are happy, I'll post a link here to the full correspondece between us. Those reading this review can then decide for themselves who is in the wrong. The crazy thing is, if they had only been polite and honest in their correspondence with me I would have been more than happy to let them have another months business. I completely sympathise with the difficulties companies face just now and I'm more than happy to support good business. And for complete transparency when I say in my review that they are quite expensive, they charged 50.22 for each fortnightly clean. On average 3 girls came out and took 35 minutes to clean. Although they don't like to translate to an hourly rate that works out at 28.70 for a person hour worth of work. I'll let you decide for yourself if that is expensive! Service: Standard cleaning
