        My appointment was booked for 1.30pm. At 1.55pm, he still hadnt arrived so I text to ask was he still coming. I got a reply saying am held up should be there in 20 mins.. It would have been nice if he had let me know he was going to be late before I had to message him!! Well, my car was still covered in dirt marks after it was so called washed and polished I paid for the Gold package and to be honest I am really really disappointed, dirt marks still all over the car , inside is no different to what it was before it was so called cleaned!! I would definitely not recommend, poor customer service and poor service!! Services: Polishing, Car waxing, Auto interior vacuuming, Vacuuming
