Having started to employ staff and having to manage a bigger team, I realised I needed to improve my managerial skills. Jacqueline was put forward by Business Gateway Fife. Jacqueline did 5 one-hour sessions on general staff management topics over a couple of months. Having Jacqueline lead on a transitional workshop for our organisation was a huge benefit in terms of staff morale and improvement work for managers. Her approach to the situation was sensitive and considerate and staff felt the benefit of this at a particularly difficult time. The workshops were well prepared and thought through as was the follow up session with senior managers and report. This report has been the basis for development work within the organisation and the implementation of actions suggested has led to improvement and progress. Can't recommend Jacqueline enough!
