Been here a few times, first time was fine nails were what I asked for but the last 2 times Ive been Ive come away with nails I never asked for and they certainly werent worth the price. Their price list displayed in the shop is completely different to the price they charge you, every time I go in I get charged a different amount even though I always get the same thing. You never get the same person, which is fine however I believe some are more experienced than others. There is a younger woman that works in here that could benefit from further customer service training. She is very rough with you, pulling your hands instead of being gentle, she is rough with the file and Ive come away with cuts all over my cuticles. I wanted French tips and asked that she put a second coat of white on as you could see marks and for the price I was paying I wanted them to be perfect. She huffed and said something under her breath in her own language even though we were the only ones in the shop so wasnt like she was talking to someone else! Very rude and definitely wont be back. There are better salons in Dunfermline that you can get your nails done and for a more reasonable price and better quality. Avoid Service: Manicure
