I have used Cluistrom for the last 5 years and have always been really impressed. I have to get wax removed from my ears regularly and as I have aged this has become more frequent. My GP used to provide this service by syringing. Cluistrom use micro suction and i find this method to be more pleasant and less invasive. I purchased my hearing aids from Neil in 2019 and I got a really good deal (with a bit of haggling). These hearing aids are bluetooth and are controlled using my iphone or ipad. My quality of life has improved markedly as I now hear conversations, telephone calls, music on Itunes and TV programmes much more clearly. Thank you to Neil, Martin and George for the fabulous customer experience that I receive every time that I get in touch. I will, no doubt, see you in the future.

I phoned in the morning and was given an appointment the same day. Having a blocked ear was driving me nuts! I had never heard of the micro suction technique and was delighted to hear that I didn't have to wait for 2 weeks putting in ear drops for the doctor to irrigate. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I was in and out in 15 mins. Highly recommend this procedure!!
