        After a torrid experience with another architectural practise. I came across Darren Beresford's company, He was a breath of fresh air in securing planning permission and subsequent building warrant for a self build house near Dunfermline. The challenge on the site was not straight forward as I was "hit" with numerous queries to address that none of the other plots on the site encountered and very importantly anytime I needed to communicate with Darren, he was very easy to get hold off and able to allay any fears.         I had a small, complicated and anxious problem that needed an architect. I found out that I had no paperwork for the existence of a tiny kitchen in an Edinburgh property. And it was on the market for sale. In comes Darren Beresford. Darren is charming, empathetic, clever, efficient and in the end tenacious. Yes, after an anxious battle with the man at the council, we got the completion certificate. Thank you. Sheelagh Easton

        Had a problem selling my house due to the loft hatch being enlarged a few years ago without a building warrant. However this company did all the plans structural reports etc and got me the required completion certificate very quickly all at a much cheaper price than "the big boys!" Can't thank Darren and his team enough and highly recommend them.
