The driver who came to pick up the skip the 1st time left two large holes (4 foot wide) in the pavement and cracked 4 slabs on our drive when the skip dropped. We were out and came back to this. No note left or any calls from the company. I went round in the morning and was told they wash their hands of any damage when the skip is parked off the main road. They advised putting a couple of bags of tarmac on the holes. The 2nd driver lifted it without any bother and left no damage and was quite shocked at the damage that was caused . I can't recommend and will never use again. Massive headache.

Very helpful and friendly service. I rent from this company a 12 yards skip for two weeks due to refurbishment at my flat. I want to share my happiness for their service for two reasons: 1)They delivered at my address a 16 yards skip instead of just 12 yards as I required. The driver told me there was no 12y skip available that day and they wouldn't charged me for the different bigger size. Furthermore this "error" was positive for me because I totally filled up the skip, so I realized soon the 12yards size wouldn't be big enough to hold all volume of scraps. 2) the refurbishment took more time than estimated due to some issues at our property. So I called the company and I explained I needed to keep the skip one week more. Again they postponed 1 week the collecting of the full skip without charge me at all for the extra week. Thank you guys for great support!!! Defo I'll contact again this company in view of other refurbishment works at our flat in the next future
