So my rented property was bought over by Easton Group when the owner decided to sell. Not an issue initially or so I thought. Decided to up my rent via letter through the post before as much as a hello or any form of introduction. Now an extra star has been given due to the fact they they repaired some issues eventually, and still waiting on other things being sorted after months and counting but Ill wait longer. To top it off they completely went against any form of data protection and forwarded me an email from another tenant which clearly wasnt meant for me. Of course Ive deleted it since it contained personal information but makes me wonder how secure they are with peoples information. Absolutely have no trust for this company whatsoever

Daniel at easton is an absolute credit to the company. His knowledge, compassion, and overall handling of my situation has been first class right from the first phone call. First google review ive ever posted, but felt i had to as all of the help and support i received from daniel is absolutely deserving of being mentioned. Thanks a million, me and my daughter fully appreciate everything you done for us over the last couple weeks. Stephen

Absolute disgrace of a landlord, doesnt even deserve a one star rating! They shouldnt be allowed to be in business. Substandard properties. Only interested in taking your money. Single glazed, ill fitting windows, insufficient heating system, radiators not working, ice on the inside of windows and black/green mould and they thought this was acceptable. Also they are renowned for changing their business name. DO NOT RENT OFF OF THESE PEOPLE!! They are compulsive liars and will always turn everything around on the tenant when they are challenged on repairs! They have mistreated that many previous tenants that there is now an active petition against them. Pictures shown are genuine and are in no way, shape or form misleading. They did not care that there were children living here and a newborn baby that had spent the first 7 weeks of life in intensive care! Regardless of snow being on the outside, this does not excuse ice forming on the inside of windows. I withheld rent payments due to the state of the property and lack of care.

Have been renting a property with Easton for almost 1 month now and I couldnt be happier. The service Ive received from Mark (and all other staff Ive spoken too) has been above anything Ive experienced with other landlords. Would happily recommend them to anyone wanting to rent.

Just before Christmas my partner and I found a house we were keen to move into as soon as possible because we were stuck in a tiny flat at the time. Mark has been fantastic with sorting out the house for us and fixing everything needed and he's been patient with me checking on how everything was progressing prior to the move. Thank you so much Mark!
