Huge thanks to Scott Wilkie who was approachable, friendly and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Helped me find a great deal (including trading in my existing car) within my budget on my Volvo XC40, a beauty of a car I'm so happy! There were a couple of minor external things needing attention which was seen to and sorted quickly. Such a positive and stress-free experience, a great team. Thanks again!

We recently purchased a new XC40 from John Clark Volvo, trading in our Tiguan as px. We were given great service throughout by Duncan who made the whole process very easy, even allowing for the fact that I work a shift rota. Duncan was very knowledgeable and took us through our options with a minimum of fuss, we'd like to thank him for his time and making that extra effort. Would heartily recommend Duncan and John Clark Volvo!

I'm loyal to the Volvo brand anyway but the Dundee branch service is second to none. I've bought a fair few cars and I've never had service like I got at this branch EVER! Amazing buying experience start to finish. Scott Henderson was a gem and kept me posted re details of the sale while I was on holiday and had the car ready for me to collect on my return. Had my eye on an s90 since I watched Line of Duty and mentioned this at the time of purchase, only to receive a LoD mug as a wee present when I collected my car felt well looked after and absolutely zero "salesman" vibes, a pure pleasure and will be going back there if I can ever bare to part with my s90. 11/10

Recently I joined the Volvo Owners Scotland forum and a benefit us help and discount on parts from the dealership. On the occasions I have bought parts the help and advice from Shirley in the department has been wonderful as clearly she knows the Volvo cars as I run an older model. Can't thank her enough as nothing is to much trouble to find out and then offer a solution.
