Phoned and spoke with the company re upholstery to our sofas and seemed very knowledgeable and interested This was before Xmas. Still waiting. 3 + months later! Passed there name on to family who were looking for upholstery job as well. Same result . Obviously not interested .Why say you will phone back but have no intention to do so.

Very professional couldn't fault this company. Cleaned my leather couch recliners and dinning chair. Back to new look. Thanks for a great job. Definitely highly recommend.

BEWARE of this company! I had booked an appointment for picking up my dining chairs to get upholstered for Sunday just past in a time slot 12 - 2pm. Nobody showed up, no reason why, no call, no response for our message. I was very disappointed and to be honest shocked. I have chosen this company regarding to excellent reviews. On the phone J seemed so nice and helpful with advices for fabric to buy etc. My husband decided to give a second try and sent another message referring he would give a bad review. Finally at 9 pm came a brisk response from J with excuse that he is unwell...I think If he didnt want to do this job he should have said it straight away instead fooling people. Or if he was truly unwell why didnt he just let us know in time and rearrange the schedule? I would not expect a reputable company act so unprofessionaly! Marcela Reply: Dear J, Look I am not going to argue here, I have decorum. I wrote my unpleasant experience with you and I insist on it. I have small kids too and I know a sick bug too. But if I have any arrangements or appointments I always make sure they are canceled or rescheduled! Its called good manners. You have a business and if you cannot keep your arrangements with costumers it speaks for itself!
