I can't believe how horrible this company is. Yesterday at 8.30 we ordered a cab by 9 to take us to our bus to Edinburgh that was to depart at 9.30. So we really left enough time for a 7-minute journey, and we received the message that the car was dispatched, yet it never showed. We called and the driver said he was on his way, even though unless he showed in a minute he was useless for us. In the end we had to rely on the kindness of our neighbour to drive us to the bus and the kindness of the busdriver who stopped for us when he was already pulling out, otherwise we would have lost the trip and the 30-pound return ticket we bought in advance. The taxi driver arrived apparently some 23 minutes late we saw it from the neighbours car) and the company had the nerve to tell us the driver could not locate us and of we need another car, we should call. And unfortunately this is not the first time it happened with this company: in May we had to flag a random taxi that happened to pass by while we had already been waiting for the cab ordered by an exact time, for 15 minutes. Obviously we'll never use it again, but it is shameful and disgusting.

Booked a taxi for early morning as we were travelling with friends. However, when we went outside very quickly to collect the taxi after receiving the text message saying that it was there, hey presto no taxi. Fortunately we managed to flag down a passing taxi as 203020 would not pick up the phone so we could find out what was happening. I'll never use this awful taxi service again after they left us out in the cold.
