        Need to have more staff serving on a sat urday afternoon ..i was in a queue behind 4people and at least 5 behind me and one young girl serving .tring her best to get to every body ..its a lottery day also the weekend were its busier .she ran the bell 3 times to get help and no one came to help till the 4th ring ..

        Went to buy a few things at 8.45pm and refused a scratch card and the older lady was very rude and said there off as there already counted!! yet after this I took my custom elsewhere to adsa kirkton and at the back of 9pm I was sold as scratchcard along with other items without hesitation
