If you are unsure and see these bad reviews please consider speaking to one of the employees personally, I had great pleasure speaking to Jay and David and they explained everything in detail, great people with a great vision in mind, make everyone more money! My mother owns a shop and we use just eat, as you know you might as well be throwing money down the drain with these guys, so I looked for alternatives and found Hungrrr, the ordering system is great and the app works perfectly also. And also be patient, these guys are working hard to get these websites, ordering systems and apps out to us ASAP, be reminded we are in a global pandemic and they are still working 110%. 08/10/2020 - system works fine, but app is still not ready for use almost after 8 weeks, making the flyers they provided useless. 06/11/2020- App still not ready 3 months later. 12/04/2023 - After the initial set up, the system and company have been amazing, over the past two years alone it has increased our net profits by 12% and we did not change a thing, we just do not use just eat as much.

Originally said would take 2 weeks to set up my ordering app - its now over 3 months and still waiting for it to be finished. They just take all the money upfront and leave you chasing so please avoid!!

Dozens of emails just needed to add Google Analytics properly... and the only tracking they can do is a simple homepage view - technology that was available 20 years ago. Nothing too complex or useful like tracking when customers make an order or go checkout. Facebook Events tracking won't work because they won't add the code for you to verify your own domain name. Also, our iOS app was broken and we didn't receive orders from iPhone customers for 6 months until I noticed complaints on the Apple app store about an update. They often don't double check that fixes have been made, and lie and blame me for not clearing cache to check their fixes when I use incognito browser to check every time. Joke of a digital marketing company.

All the staff was very helpful only one of the staff (Wen Wong) provide disgusting customer service and unprofessional job. When we design the website, he design it wrong we had ask him to redesign it again. He suddenly said give up don't want to do it anymore. Is this a good customer service (No) he should help me design as good as can. But he didn't and he was very rude as well.
