I normally don't berate businesses but I would urge everyone to avoid Skoda entirely at all costs. As someone that used to recommend this garage and the skoda manufacturer I've been nothing but absolutely astounded at how terrible these cars are now. I almost had to pay out 100 for a handbrake check on my brand new skoda to this garage after its first service. I'm sure the point of a brand new car is to avoid charges like this after only driving 3000 miles and being a year old. Thankfully I had positive equity and was able to get rid of the car quickly. Unfortunately my sister on the other hand needs to replace the clutch on a 2019 car that she's had for a year before being able to get rid of her atrocity (which she will be doing.) This is without mentioning the other issues we've had with the cars and that my sister has only recently received her v5 due to an error by the dealership. My mum has also opted to get rid of her skoda and my dad will be doing the same, we won't be returning. My new hyundai is a joy for anyone that is interested.
