        27/12/2021 - Called because of a bogus alarm. The service Engineer Phil called me back, asked a few questions - then arrived 20 minutes later to establish the fault. He wore all of his PPE, was excellent and efficient - job done in 30 minutes. Great service - thank you Phil and Electroguard. Phil is a credit to your business. MikeP

        Out of hours service disgusting no customer care. Staff rude and give a couldnt careless attitude and point out that they dont actual work for electraguard so basically that there problem.
