Over the last decade I've had T-shirts printed by Tayshirt / Taytee for a couple of stag nights, my Trade Union Branch, and now a family party - excellent quality shirts printed to last every time, and the pricing has always been very reasonable too - I can definitely recommend them.

When I phoned the person who answered didn't even bother speaking to confirm the company name or even acknowledge he was ready to speak to me. I immediately highlighted my order was small and very short notice . He spoke to me in rude ,disinterested tones and addressed me like I was some sort of inconvenient interruption. When I mentioned his manner of gaining more information he admitted it but justified it with statements including " I'm 63 years old, I've been doing this for 30 years" , " I've got lots of work here" and " I've done lots of stag and hen parties ". I started my conversation very politely , accepting his vastly superior experience and knowledge but ended up wanting nothing to do with this terrible attitude. I would recommend he retires or goes to see how to speak to customers properly.
