        I signed up for a 14 day free trial to The Stylist. Cancelled within the 14 days and they still took payment. I tried logging in to check it was cancelled and unable to do so which tells me it is cancelled so why did they take payment? I contacted them to explain they had taken an unauthorised payment and for it to be refunded.... three weeks later and still no reply!

        Been twice to see, Ricky Ross then, Brian Cox. Braw evenings with great staff. The sound volume isn't great.

        I signed up for a magazine subscription and waited nearly 2 weeks and still did not have a response to advise when my weekly subscripton would start? So, I sent them a chase email to be informed that they had now activated my subscription account but they had signed me up to the wrong magazine subscription and they then tried to blame me for selecting the wrong subscription? Although I had evidence of signing up to the correct subscription which I sent through to thier customer service and ended up cancelling the subscription?
