Both Dhani and Luca were professional in their services. Dhani emailed and called as fast as she could regarding any enquiries I had about the property I have rented. Luca was both calm and professional as he showed myself around the property, being totally open and honest about the pros of the flat. Thanks again tk everyone at SGL, for both your help, and polite manner. Especially during these difficult times.

Rang SGL (Dundee) as lockdown eased in June having seen a recently added rental property (Stirling) on a website. I was directed to a mobile number which I called. Without any hesitation or pause to check, the agent told me it had been already taken and that she would contact me if it came up again. Interesting to note that she did not bother to ask for my contact details and hung up. The same property was then added to another website within a few hours of the same day. I texted SGL to indicate my interest and left my contact details but as expected, no courtesy of an acknowledgement. Disappointing experience with SGL!

Called and told we were first to about ask property within an hour of it being listed, said we were very interested and wanted early as possible viewing, asked about putting in deposits down asap and were told we weren't able to without an application which we'd get at the viewing. Earliest viewing they said they could give us was a few days later. Phoned the day before viewing to ask about the time and someone answered who said they couldn't tell me anything at all and I'd have to phone the next morning. Phoned the next morning to make sure everything was ok and they said they've accepted an application to someone who they gave a viewing to the day after we first phoned. Ridiculous considering we were first to call and said how much we wanted it multiple times and asap, were told we could only view it as early as a few days later and yet someone else got to view it before and take it. Very disappointed with the entire interaction. Seems like a total lack of communication between staff if they offer different viewings and why was someone with no ability to offer any information whatsoever answering phone calls. The staff seemed nice, they were not rude but it's not just what you say, it's what you do, and nothing was done for us.
