Myself and my partner have been messed around by this letting agents so many times now. Being told the property was no longer available to then re advertising it snd asking if we want to the view the property empty. Turning up and it was filthy, to which we were told they would get it cleaned then we can re inspect then being told its no longer available. Also turning up to view the property and they had not let the poor tenant who was currently living there know anyone was viewing it. Communication is shocking, cant get through to anyone to speak over the phone and emails take about 3-4 days to get a response. Honestly avoid at all costs.

Please do not use this letting agent. We had such a bad experience with Paul. We were all ready to move into a new property when at the last minute (the week we were due to move in) he phoned us to say that the property was no longer available to rent as the landlord wanted to sell. As we had already handed in our notice to our previous tenancy, this left us without somewhere to live. This was a very stressful time for us as it meant we had to find somewhere new to rent within 1 week. To add to this, when we were looking to find somewhere new to rent, we had noticed that Lara Lettings had re-advertised the property we were initially due to move into. So, Paul had lied about the reason why we couldn't move in, which violates the letting agent code of practice. Please don't use this letting agent, if I could I would give them 0 stars, it was such a terrible experience.

Arranged a viewing for a property through Paul Allan. When we went to the viewing he didn't turn up. Calls to his mobile went to voicemail and no response to the emails. Calls to the agency didn't go through either. Two separate parties standing outside the property waiting and had no option but to eventually leave. It was a two hour round trip to visit, money spent on transport which we won't get back. The complete lack of response was completely unprofessional. I would highly recommend avoiding using this agency.
