Called today and wanted some information about a rental which was fairly expensive. I was met with a less than helpful member of staff who didnt introduce herself and before I even had the option to enquire I was instructed to use the website. The website wouldnt give me the answer so I asked the question I needed and then abruptly told she didnt know. Not good when looking to rent a property at over 1400 a month
