Richie is the best . ToRentMe is the best in Dundee I feel, I have stayed at one of their lovely flat near the University of Dundee, and I had absolutely no issues or complaints at all. Good bits during my stay and after: 1. When my fridge stopped working, they got it fixed in just the matter of 1 working day. 2. When I moved out from there and started my journey with another agency, I realised that torentme 3. Richie is the best!, Chantelle, and all the other staff is so nice, and friendly, and if you have any query or doubt they clarify all of it so nicely. 4. Any minor problems I had they were always there to answer me and got them fixed either on the phone or in person. 5. Flexible, I had some issues with my move in date, and move out date, I called them, and done!! 6. ToRentMe is reliable and prompt with their service.

Absolute horrible company they completely ignored all of mine and my other roommates email for months about moving out and then on the day we moved out at about 2.30 they emailed us a list of demands and that we only had 20 mins to get out. They change our property manger and never told us the whole year who it was and messed about with us. They never email you about when someones coming so a few times we had people show up in our house not only this they never emailed us about people coming to view the house and one day we had four people standing in our hallway. They then charged us a ridiculous amount of money from our deposit, even though they told us they would take into account the fact they gave us no warning and that it was during lockdown. Also the 5 star reviews Lynn is the manger of the company so don't believe these as they all work for them. Completely took advantage that we were students please avoid at all cost, don't want more people being scammed.
