        Will disregard any complaints and treat tenants like criminals. They are quick to chase you for anything but when the shoes on the other foot they're extremely rude and disregard your complaint as nothing. They will lie to get you into the property.

        It was by far the worst letting agency. We rented a flat through this agency. They were unprofessional, amateurs, and they did not do anything to assist us during our stay in Dundee. We faced many issues living in this flat.For instance, a constant noise was coming from the pipes throughout the day. It was really annoying as it did affect our daily routine. They responded that it is common for new flats to make these types of noises. That's a joke. I would not recommend renting any flat through this agency. Ideally, try to avoid letting houses via letting agencies.

        EVEN IF THEY OFFER YOU A FLAT FOR FREE DO NOT TAKE IT. Avoid them at any cost. The female agent is a rude person that tries to intimidate the tenants and demands money from deposit no matter what. The worst experience with an agency I had in Dundee for 4 years. Do NOT trust them.
