Sandstone UK Property Management - Dundee

We have the intention to book the house, promised to us online viewing, only to inform us that the house is gone on the day of viewing. I don't understand the integrity of that.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Staff are rude and unhelpful. We were left in a flat with no heating or hot water for over a week and this wasnt seen as an issue the list could go on. Do not rent from this company!

Noone answers the phone. Didn't deal with their tenant from hell for 7 years. Also refused to come up & sort the same tenants leak. Their workmen leave a mess in the close & don't clean it up.

Avoid at all costs. Despite multiple bad reviews from people who have been with sandstone we went with them hoping that we would have a better experience. This was by far the worst company I have ever rented with. Issues included but were not limited to: -Very high rent/repair costs for the quality you get. -Dishwasher breakdown that was never repaired. -A broken window through no fault of our own that was never repaired. -Rude/dismissive interactions with staff. -Staff were very unhelpful if they did respond but you were lucky to get a response at all. The agents are based in Edinburgh and so if looking for a property elsewhere they will have never visited it and have likely never been to your city as was the case with ours. We were lied to about our flats cost of heating and only found out about how expensive it was once we were living there. Do not rent with sandstrone, rent a lesser property if you have to as it is seriously not worth the money/hassle.
